Words With Friends

I've been playing since 2011 -- that's 15 years. Wow! I didn't realise it was so long.

Words with Friends is basically fake Scrabble. I played online against a few friends for a few years in 2011, but eventually became fed up with the over gameification. It's obsessed with you collecting tokens, stars, rewards (and you can buy them). I just wanted to play scrabble.

I returned to it a few years ago and I now play with one person: "Words with a Friend"!

Stats

As at 1 June 2026, I have won 1007 games, and lost 380. My longest word is Refinished with 54 point, and the best scoring one was Dozens with 144 points.

With the friend I play now -- I have won 210 games and she 13.
